Please be noted that if you need the samples with your design, there will be a sample charge. Contact us for a quote. Tell us what samples do you need, we will send you a sample pack accordingly.

We focus on hardware especially RFID and Barcode and printers only. We provide you with demo software and SDK. And we suggest you develop the system application software with a local engineer in case when there are any problems occurred, you can contact them and get it solved much easier and sooner.

All AutoID products are popular, but not every market is the same, and not every project is the same. Normally we offer one year warranty for hardware. Plus, any single of our products is under full inspection before shipment to guarantee quality and reliable performance.

Of course, but it is better to wait until the epidemic subsides. Now we support using ZOOM for online factory inspection.

You can use Western Union, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 100% T/T of the payment, or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure, we do offer OA credit.

If you want to wholesale AutoID products, we support a minimum order quantity of 1 for the first order.
